Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms describe purchases from TMEKO at tmeko.com. The store currently sells to customers in the United States only. For questions before placing an order, contact [email protected].

Products and style selection

Check the selected style, measurements, materials and care guidance on the product page before adding a watch to your bag. Product details vary by model. Where measurements or materials have not been confirmed, do not assume a specification; contact support before ordering. Some presentation images include AI-assisted scenes or illustrative composites. Use the listed measurements to assess fit.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Review the selected product, quantity, shipping method and order total at checkout before submitting payment. Available payment options are shown at checkout. An unpaid or unsuccessful checkout does not confirm successful payment. Contact support if you need help with an order or believe there is a pricing or product information error.

United States shipping

Free shipping applies to the contiguous 48 United States. Delivery outside that area requires a separate shipping charge. Review our shipping, returns and exchanges policy and the shipping options for your address before ordering. Orders are dispatched within 2 calendar days after successful payment. Estimated transit for the contiguous United States is approximately 4–8 days after dispatch; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Timing outside the contiguous United States must be confirmed separately.

Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange without giving a reason within 15 days of receiving the item. For quality-related issues, we cover return and exchange shipping costs. For requests unrelated to quality, the buyer pays return shipping and, for exchanges, the shipping cost of the replacement item. Contact support first to arrange the return and obtain the correct return instructions. See the full policy.

Watch care and support

Follow the guidance for the selected model. Watches described as 30 m everyday splash resistant are not intended for swimming, showering or diving. Avoid hot water and steam, keep the crown closed and do not operate it when wet. Contact support about a product issue; no additional fixed warranty period is promised by these terms.
